Experience

I currently specialise in Royalty Audits, following on from my time at Warner Brothers where I was part of the Global Consumer Products Audit Team. I have worked with licensors and licensees across different territories including Europe, USA, and Asia. I have worked on multi-million dollar international contracts, resulting in royalty claims in excess of $2m for one contract, and others where the findings have been over 100% of the amounts originally reported.

Areas of expertise

I specialise in Royalty Audits, where I help companies carry out a health check on how their licensees are performing, to ensure they are reporting correctly, and using their IP appropriately. The work I carry out involves going into detail regarding the clauses in a licensee agreement, and ensuring that the terms are being adhered to, and any areas of ambiguity are resolved between the two parties to ensure both companies are getting the most out of their partnership.
