Experience

Stuart started his career in 2003 primarily focussing on audit and accounts. In 2007 he made the switch to corporate tax, working with OMB clients on shareholder tax planning, restructuring, management incentives and company sales. He has also worked for the last 12 years with one of our FTSE 100 clients, specialising in private equity corporate tax compliance
