Tom has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and has led and completed transactions across a wide range of sectors. He has advised family and other owner managed businesses, entrepreneurs and management teams on company sales, buy outs, fundraising and private equity transactions.

His industry sector experience includes healthcare and veterinary, technology and cyber security, manufacturing and business services.

Notable client work and achievements

Recent transactions include the sale of Goddard Veterinary Group to VetPartners Limited and the sale of C4 Carbides to the Hong Kong listed TTI Group.

In 2022 he was named the Insider Media Central and East Dealmaker of the Year.

Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Corporate Finance Faculty.
