Tilney, the award-winning UK wealth management group with £24.4 billion assets under management, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bennedetta Peto as Chief People Officer. Benne will join the group in May and will be based in London.
Reporting to CEO Chris Woodhouse, Benne will have responsibility over the Group Human Resource department, including our learning and development, talent, reward and recruitment functions. She will also sit on the Tilney Executive Committee.
Benne previously worked at Cabot Credit Management (CCM) where she was responsible for the people agenda across the group, overseeing employee engagement, people change management, human resources and learning & development. She also held responsibility for conduct and risk. Benne has over ten years’ experience in financial services businesses and has previously worked at number of high profile companies including, Lloyds Banking Group, Kingfisher Group and Andersen Consulting.
