Contracts were exchanged in respect of a sale of the Company’s Self-Invested Personal Pension and Family Pension Trust business to Alltrust Services Limited on 5 December 2022.
It was anticipated at the time of exchange that the sale would complete on 10 February 2023. However, all parties have subsequently agreed a revised completion date of 3 March 2023. Clients will be notified when the sale has completed.
Until completion of the sale takes place, the Company is continuing to trade in administration. Clients should continue to contact their usual relationship manager at Rowanmoor regarding any scheme queries and dealings.

The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the joint administrators Adam Stephens and Christopher Allen, who act as agents of the Company and without personal liability. Adam Stephens and Christopher Allen are licensed as insolvency practitioners in the UK by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
