We are delighted to invite you to the next in our series of Contemporary FD Bitesized webinars, jointly hosted with our strategic partners EquityFD. Harveen Rai, CFO at renewable energy company, Future Biogas, just acquired by 3i Infrastructure PLC. Harveen has a background in FMCG businesses of all sizes with extensive experience in acquisitions, disposals, restructuring refinancing and fundraising;
Evelyn Partners’ Claire Burden, Partner in Advisory Consulting will be sharing up to the minute practical insight gained from working hand in hand with her entrepreneurial client base.

With a breadth of Board level and corporate finance experience and a proven track record for operational and strategic delivery, Claire works intelligently and creatively to drive both short term performance improvement and real change over the medium to long-term.

Iain Tobin
Iain Tobin joined the company in 2020 as Chief Corporate Officer (which incorporates the role of Chief Financial Officer). Iain is responsible for overseeing our strategy and performance, risk management, investor liaison and fundraising, as well as the delivery of business services including human resources, IT and legal affairs. Iain has over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles in fast growing global technology businesses as CFO and COO. He has more recently maintained a focus on clean/sustainable technology businesses in energy, water, and now carbon reduction. Iain is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, having trained and qualified with KPMG, and is a recognised Business Finance Professional. He studied at Oxford Brookes University.
