Following a strong period of organic and inorganic growth, EQT acquired SPT Labtech earlier this year from Battery Ventures for GBP 650 M.

The business is set for continued global growth supporting scientists with world-leading, innovative solutions for liquid handling, sample preparation, and sample management that help accelerate research and make a real difference to human health.
