Index Managed Portfolio Service (MPS)

Our Index MPS range, which was launched in August 2022, offers a blend of active management and passive investing. These global, multi-asset portfolios invest in equities, bonds, commodities, and cash through passive funds and exchange-traded products (ETPs).

Features of the Index MPS:

Diversification: Portfolio construction makes use of traditional index trackers, factor funds and smart beta products distinguishing the approach from offerings which focus on static market-cap weighted indices. This helps reduce sector and stock concentration and extreme valuations, which can feature in solely market-cap weighted strategies. It also aims to manage duration and credit exposure within its bond allocations, while incorporating alternative assets like gold.
Active management expertise: The service benefits from our active asset allocation framework and regular rebalancing, to respond to changing market conditions.
Flexibility: Five risk-rated models to meet your clients’ investment goals and risk tolerance which include: Cautious, Balanced, Growth, Adventurous and Maximum Growth
Accessibility: Open to accounts starting at £20,000, with options to invest through tax-efficient wrappers like individual savings accounts (ISAs) and self-invested personal pensions (SIPPs)
